Subscription, Cancelation, Prices and Payment

How much does the Cannabis Club Software cost?

0,555€ (+ VAT 21%) / Active member**

Our pricing is based on the number of active members in the private cannabis social club. An active member means a member who got dispensed in the club during the month.

** The maximum amount we’ll invoice is for 500 ACTIVE members. We will not charge anything extra if you have more than 500 ACTIVE members.

What does a month without commitment mean?

It refers to a 30-day period that starts from the first time you sign into the software. During this period, you have the opportunity to set up and use the software. If a maximum of 23 days has passed and you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so by informing us via email at support.mt@cannabisclub.systems. In this case, you will not be charged for the trial month. However, if you choose to continue using the software, the trial month will be charged according to the regular pricing, based on the number of active members and additional modules you have selected.

Where can I find my invoices?

If you have an access level of ADMINISTRATOR, you can easily locate your invoices by following these steps:

  1. Log into the administration panel.
  2. In the Administration box, click on the “My Invoices” button.
  3. Once inside, you can click on the specific invoice you wish to view.
  4. The invoice will open or download as a PDF, providing you with details of the software usage for the previous month, payment method, and bank account information.

When are invoices issued?

Invoices, reflecting the usage of the software for the previous month, are typically issued on the 2nd day of the following month.

What do I do if I get the pending payment alert?

You have to pay the pending invoice (s) and send the payment receipt to invoicing.mt@cannabisclub.systems

What do I do if I get the pending payment alert and I’ve already paid for it?

Please send the proof of payment to invoicing.mt@cannabisclub.systems

How can I pay my invoice?

We offer two payment methods for your convenience:

Credit Card Payment:

You can make card payments within your CCS system. For users with ADMINISTRATOR access level, simply log into the administration panel and navigate to the “My Invoices” section in the Administration box.
Once inside, you will find the “PAY INVOICE(S)” button. Click on it to proceed with credit card payment.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that due to anti-fraud measures, you have to make the payment from the country where your card was issued or utilize a VPN service.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email to support.mt@cannabisclub.systems 10 working days in advance.

How can I obtain the Cannabis Club Software?

To get the software, please visit the following link: https://ccsnube.com/get-started. Fill in the required information about your club and contact details. Once your submission has been reviewed and approved by our staff, you will receive an email containing the link to access your system.

IMPORTANT: If you are unable to locate our emails in your inbox, kindly check your trash, junk, or promotions folders. You can also search for our email address info@cannabisclub.systems.

What are the software installation requirements?

To install the software, you only need a computer or laptop with an internet connection and a web browser. Our software is compatible with various operating systems, including Windows, iOS, Linux, and Android.

For iPad users, we have a special solution available. Please refer to our Hardware catalogue for more information regarding the compatibility and setup instructions for iPad tablets.

How can I access my software?

To access your software for the first time, please check your email inbox for the link that we have sent to the email address you provided during the registration process at https://ccsnube.com/get-started.

If you are unable to locate the email containing the access link, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for assistance. You can send an email to support.mt@cannabisclub.systems or give us a call at +34 644 441 092.

I forgot my password to Cannabis Club Software. What should I do?

There are a few options to help you retrieve or reset your password:

  1. If you have access to another administrator or worker user account within the software, log in using that account. Then, navigate to your full profile where you will find a button labeled “Password.” Clicking on it will allow you to reset your password.
  2. From the login page of the system, look for the “Forgot password” button located below the username and password fields. By clicking on this button, you can initiate the password reset process. An email will be sent to your registered email address containing instructions to reset your password. Please ensure that you have access to the email associated with your account.
  3. Alternatively, you can send an email to support.mt@cannabisclub.systems, indicating your club name and username. Our support team will assist you in resetting your password.
  4. If you prefer to speak directly to a support representative, please call +34 644 441 092.

What hardware is compatible with the cannabis software?

Where can I order the keyfobs/chips?

To order keyfobs/chips, you have a few options:

  1. CCS Shop: You can order them directly from our CCS Shop, which can be accessed in the system. Simply log into the administration panel, and you will find the CCS Shop located in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Email: Alternatively, you can send an email to hardware@cannabisclub.systems to place your order. Our team will assist you in the process.
  3. Phone: If you prefer to speak with someone directly, please call +34 644 93 92 28. Our team will be happy to assist you over the phone.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer two payment methods for your convenience:

  2. Debit/Credit Card:
    If you place your order through our online CCS SHOP, which can be found in your system, you have the option to pay with a debit or credit card. Please note that this payment method incurs a cost of 1.5% of the purchase value.

What is the return policy?

According to the law, you have the right to return most products within 14 days from the day you received them, without stating a reason. To initiate the return process during this 14-day decision period, please send an email to hardware.mt@cannabisclub.systems.

To ensure a successful return, please note the following guidelines:

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as when you received them.
  • New products should be returned as new, unused, and complete, in their original packaging.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If it has been more than 48 hours past the estimated delivery date of your order, please get in touch with us immediately. You can reach us through the following contact information:
